Industry Intro

High-quality results, faster

Single-cell multi-omics is a powerful tool that will help your lab:

  • Distinguish cellular heterogeneity in mammalian samples.
  • Analyse the effect of therapeutic compounds on the whole transcriptome in your in vitro and in vivo disease models.
  • Find new disease biomarker progression.
  • Analyse biomarkers of drug efficiency and resistance.
  • Study pathology/patient data, and setup functional genomics screens to propose novel target and biomarker hypotheses.

With its simple kit format, Asteria simplifies your workflow and reduces your man-hours, enabling processing samples straight away while preserving the most important data – an authentic transcriptome.

With Cytonaut, analyze and smoothly share the processed single-cell sequencing data with your colleagues or customers within mere hours, while preserving your bioinformatics team workload with a streamlined and highly interoperable pipeline.

A simpler kit for a smoother single-cell workflow

In the pharmaceutical industry, an easily accessible scRNA-seq sample preparation method can go a long way for drug discovery. A kit format such as Asteria is ideal to study the functional transcriptomics of patient samples quickly at any time and at multiple collection sites, all in a standardized fashion.

As a platform, you can offer a new service by entering the single-cell world, generating a new revenue steam in the cutting-edge NGS market. The Asteria kit is cost-efficient, instrument-free - thus removing the initial capital investment into instruments – and does not require specific technical skills, thus at the reach of any lab technician.

The Asteria kit:

  • Provides high sensitivity and high-resolution analysis for the detection of whole transcripts, enabling a comprehensive analysis of gene expression patterns in individual cells.
  • Is an instrument-free workflow: Our kit does not require any specialized equipment, making it accessible and cost-effective.
  • Is scalable, being compatible with various sample types (fresh human , 2D/3D cells culture) allowing you to study a wide range of biological systems and disease models.

Fast to handle the data!

Cytonaut™ is quite fast to handle the data, it can analyze a large set of genes at the same time thanks to a heatmap, and features subselecting cells of interest.

From the point of view of a beginner : it is quite easy, it offers nice features and a good aesthetic.

Easy to follow!

The protocol is easy to follow, and the videos can help with the critical points (especially for mixing at a certain angle).

The stopping points allow to spread the manipulation in 2 sessions and even more.

Very easy to use!

Asteria™ single-cell RNA-seq kit is very easy to use, the protocol is extremely well done, everything is already annotated, calculated, the user just has to follow the steps one after the other. The stopping points are regular, which is essential because 2 full days are needed to carry out the experiment. The explanatory videos are very useful to understand the technical points that are a little different compared to other kits classically used in the laboratory.
