In collaboration with the Saint-Louis Hospital, Scipio bioscience has successfully profiled single-cell skin samples from the dermis and the epidermis. Here we describe the use of the Asteria™ scRNA-seq kit for sample preparation and its Cytonaut™ cloud software for data analysis on human skin samples.
Our single-cell skin data is the result of a collaboration with the ISRL at the Saint Louis Hospital in Paris, with notable participation from Sarah D, Chloé G, Marine M, David B, Jean-David B, and Hélène LB.
